The Assumption Women opened their 2014-15 season with a 59-47 loss at D1 Holy Cross. The Greyhounds struggled from the floor shooting 30-percent in the preseason exhibition. Assumption was led by sophomore Jo Impellizeri (11pts, 8rebs) who played just eleven minutes. Holy Cross junior forward Raquel Scott led the Crusader with a double-double (21pts, 12rebs).
